If you are interested in recording looping videos then there is no better app than this one. You can shoot videos of any event or any action taking place near you and then edit it to create the perfect loop.

Vine Camera requires access to a lot of private information which it doesn't need for performing its task. It is an intrusive app and people concerned about their privacy wouldn't find it very appealing.

Vine Camera

You can start recording videos immediately after launching Vine Camera. By default, the rear camera of the phone will be used for recording the videos but you can use the front-facing camera for this purpose as well. The option for this is available on the bar located below the video shooting screen. You can start recording the video by tapping on the screen. This video recording app allows you to shoot your video in multiple cuts with the total time period of the video restricted to 6 seconds. To record a video in a single cut, you will have to keep your finger pressed on the screen for the duration of the 6 seconds.

To aid your video recording, Vine Camera offers various tools to you which can be accessed by clicking the tools icon from the bar located at the bottom of the video shooting screen. You will find four tools in the menu. These tools are flash, ghost tool, focus, and grid. With the help of these tools, you will be able to shoot videos even in the dark and would always be able to keep them level. You have the option of saving drafts of your vine as well by clicking the save icon located next to the camera-change icon on the bar located at the bottom of the screen.

After you have completed recording the video, Vine Camera will let you edit it as well. The editing options available include changing the order of the segments or cuts that make up your video. You can trim each cut and even duplicate it as well provided it doesn't exceed the video over the permissible limit of 6 seconds. Aside from these editing options, you can mute the sounds of a particular segment and delete the ones that you don't want to include in the video. Once the editing is done, you can choose to either save the video on your phone or share it directly on Twitter.
